My Mums pride and joy is her garden, she loves her garden and over all the years she has lived in this house (45 years} she has worked hard keeping her garden looking just how she likes it, well since her knee replacement op she of course cant get out there yet, and now the weather is getting nice now down south here she has been teaching me gardening :) me gardening :eek: Ive never done any gardening in my life :blink:
Anyway yesterday I was out there trimming all the bushes and trees using a long pair of garden shears with handles that extend real high so you can reach the tops, anyway I did a darn good Job :) the bushes look lovely now, but there is a lot of work yet to be done with all the plants and pulling out all the nasty weeds, I hate that Job :frown:

Eh ---- well Hmmm, :huh: Eh oh shucks :blink: OK cheers I have packed a big wooden box full to the top with lovely BIG easter eggs, some are cadburys and some are nestles but they all have those little chocs inside of every giant egg,
So I will ship the box out on Monday to all my forum friends, all over the world, so everyone enjoy your english easter eggs ;)
OH ----- JUST ONE THING THOUGH as the forum members go into the thousands of people, I will unfortunately have to limit one egg to every over 50's and 60's thread member only :) :D well you know we (ARE) still in a recession you know, and money is very tight !!!! :)

Barb thank you so much for posting this video, WOW!!!!! I just finished watching it, OMG that was so powerful, it makes you sad, it makes you cry, but most of all it makes you very ANGRY, he is as evil as the devil himself.

that can of corned beef cost the equivilent to $1 or less over here,

You know cheers in America when you go into a store and something is on sale at a reduced price, ------ well over here they never use that word Sale,
instead they call it ----- on offer, it took me ages to realise what they meant,
and I still say its on sale :)
