The best final day ever surely!

I counted 11 changes in the bottom 3, jeez.

Itt's bye-bye Blackpool and Brum.

Final thoughts.....

The game I just watched summed up Tottenham's season 25+ attempts on goal and only 2 scored. We need to repower the strikers...it will be interesting to see who we and others sign.

Sorry to see Blackpool go as as previously mentioned I enjoy Ian Holloway's interviews.

The bottom half of the Premier League have improved immensely and I hope it's as tight a Premiership next year.

QPR will be an interesting prospect next season with Neil Warnock also returning and Adel Taraabt my tip for a cheap player who will score lots of fantasy football points.

It's nice to see City win the FA Cup and make the Champions League- I know it cost £350 million but I know a few long suffering City fans so I am pleased for them.

Lastly I just want to confirm I hate Arsenal and I don't particularly like Chelsea or United............

Fair enough. But if it hadn't been for a WBA equalizer in the 90th minute of the last match, we'd have finished 9th.

Fancy an early side bet on who'll be the top NE club next season?

Not really so good as that, but under the circumstances I nominate Cheik Tiote's strike against Arsenal...

It's not a swap. Ba was on a free and Nolan cost the Hammers £4M, not that I'm happy to see Nolan leave.

Sensible piece of business. 7 goals in 13 games and on a free.

I think so. I don't know too much about Ba, but he looks pretty sharp on some youtube footage.

he has a long term knee problem which could finish his career in the next game or maybe 100 games time..but he does have a degenrative knee problem.

West Ham offered him 500k gbp one off pay ment and 50k gbp to stick around so he must have been doing something right.

I hate my work keyboard. No pound sign.

There seems to be a trend going on at the Toon (or should I say, la Ville?).

Joining the existing Frog on the Tyne, Hatem Ben Arfa, we now have Ba (Senegalese, but born in Paris), Yohan Cabaye and Sylvain Marveaux with Charles N'Zogbia still in the sights.

Neuchatel Uni?

Apparently Liverpool were chasing Marveaux.

Pardew is following the Wenger blue print.
