Proper roast. Excellent bit of sirloin, duck fat roast spuds, homemade Yorkshire pudding &, if I say so myself, I surpassed myself on gravy this time. All accompanied by the Cathedral Cellar cab sauv that dbd33 recommended a little while ago. Stuffed I am.

Wing Wednesdays. Its going to be at least three orders of spicy Korean hot wings washed down with copious "pints" of IPA.

Edited to note, if you see someone in the downtown Earl's talking in a loud Ali G accent and chucking chicken wing bones at people, best not to approach. ;)

A gentle reminder or FYI, if you're going to have three servings of spicy chicken wings and lots of ale, budget some time in the evening to spend on the toilet, oh and wash your hands before you sit down and start your business. :(

Very good. Just an added caution, if you're in the process of cleaning up one's business when tipsy, be careful not to blow your nose. :(
