I hope he enjoyed it!

Coconut curry sounds lovely.
I must make one of those some time soon.

I have just had a scrumptious dessert of my husband's home baked banana cake with caramel pecan fudge ice cream from Birchwood dairies.
Delicious

Went out last night and caught about 120 nice sized Spot prawns in each trap. Had some of them for a very late tea last night.

What sort of size were they ? I was reading this morning that the wild BC spot prawns can be up to 10" long in some cases ( not sure if thats total length or eye socket to rear carapace )

They can get that big. The ones we caught were generally around four to five inches not counting the long spiky thing on their noses.
