Terrible. Cameron at least seems to shifting away from that kind of heavy multi-culturism policy.

Saudi Arabia want's to help Germany by building mosques.

In 2014 Saudi Arabia accepted apparently 561 refugees and 100 asylum seekers.

Amid Muslim Refugee Crisis, Saudi Arabia Vows To Build 200 Mosques In Germany

If only we could expand the planet, or just learn to get along, but human history has pretty much shown that isn't likely, the getting along with one another part.

Hopefully, I think people are starting to realise that the multi-cultural ideal is not going to work if you have some cultures intolerant of others & refusing to change. We've had centuries of continuous change & evolving as a society but people who come from countries with no diversity & are used to everything being done their way have a completely different mindset. It's not necessarily their fault but it doesn't make a harmonious living environment

This is mad, why doesn't Saudi Arabia just take more? They would feel more settled in a country similar to their own anyway.

My view is that the cultural incompatibilities are driven by religious differences, and that only by phasing out religion will we achieve some kind of multi-cultural harmony. I find the idea of a mosque building program retrograde, especially when Britain and other European nations have been doing so well at converting unused churches into flats.

Lol

Agreed religion does seem to be the great divider

I think it should be pretty clear to everyone that Germany should just say "thanks, but no thanks" to Saudi Arabia offering to build anything mosque related.

Are you saying Canada is a very multi-cultural place or that they are intolerant of other cultures? I'm leaning towards the latter

I know the top story on the BBC news website is a bit obscure and hard to find, so here you go:
