But I thought that you guys didn't believe newspapers judging by previous posts, maybe you are selective in your reading and if so what criteria are you using to judge what is correct information and what isn't and what evidence do you have to support your choice of a good read?

A credible news site is one that is ultimately a non-partisan news tank.

You always need to be a critically thinking information consumer and be wary that what you are reading tilts liberal or conservative.

I'm kind of the same as James. I'm an information junkie and apart from the Daily Mail which is clearly tosh then I read everything and then apply a dose of critical thinking to it. But with Syria and it's five year history it's easy to read unbiased information and pictures of the surrounding areas as well as personal accounts if you want to that is. People often appear to happy to take things at face value or headlines without much delving into it.

It gives you lots of different places to read stuff.

Often rather than asking questions on a forum you can do self research.

I've heard this argument before.
During WW2 men were called up, there wasn't really a choice. Where would you go to though as everywhere was at war.
