You could be entitled to compensation from a class action lawsuit regarding Microsoft PC Software if you bought any software in Canada between certain years, no proof of purchase necessary.
(Canadian resident as of May 25, 2016 and currently a resident of Canada)
Did you buy PC versions of Microsoft MS-DOS, Windows, Office, Word, and/or Excel between 1998 and 2010? If so, you might be eligible for compensation.

I might get $47 as part of the settlement.

Have you forgotten or lost a GST cheque or tax refund? You can use the new option on the CRA website 'my uncashed cheques' and put in a claim for them - you could go back years.

I guess being 50 years late is better than never. Victoria, BC and surrounding area no longer dumping raw sewage into the ocean as their treatment plant opens.
The 126 year history of dumping largely untreated wastewater into the ocean has stopped, now will be treated prior to discharge.

It can have another meaning in the US, just to be aware if ever on the other side of the border.
You know when it takes Amazon 3 weeks from order to getting items, they really become pretty dang useless.

I wish Amazon could do this for Kelowna...ha ha
But good for Iqaluit, Amazon is buying dedicated cargo space on Canadian North on Wed and Sun from Ottawa to get parcels there quicker.

A lot of people must be trying to apply for the BC COVID benefit, applications opened today, but the website keeps timing out for me, or sits as a wide page waiting.
Reading comments online, the website crashed pretty early on it seems.
