Today in Kamloops it is 10.2c, the warmest Dec 14th since records began in 1890.

Doesn’t feel very wintry or Christmassy in Toronto today. At 3:45pm it’s 5c with little to no snow around.

Another week of rain in the forecast on top of the last week of rain, no end in sight it seems for now.

Not cold though but I like the cold in winter, rather cold and dry then warmer and rainy.

9-11 degree during the day dropping to 7 overnight. Winds possibly coming

We left home at 8 am...7c. I’m not complaining... all winter is more or less the same.

So far we've had early snow (3 times) and early -25 with wind chill for a couple of periods. It's as if winter came a month early.

Yesterday the January thaw arrived.

It really is as if it's all come a month too soon and maybe it'll all be over by the end of March.

Serious lunch tomorrow, valet parking and all that. I polished the car (as much as is worth doing in this season); all of the windows and mirrors are now usable!

Might get 1 of partly sunny day on Friday in between rain storms. Looking like we will get some 0c nights later this week as well.

Big snowfall well underway. They decided to shut the schools this morning well before it started about 10.30.

How many cm's did you get?
The weather here is really mild, doesn't feel like Christmas at all. No snow in the forecast either. This could be my first Christmas in Canada with no snow on the ground.

Not done yet. 20-25cm expected. Not the biggest we get but it is this side of xmas and it'll be the second one of this amount already.

Before my time but apparently there was 80cm in one day making 160cm in three days once

Around 50cm is my record I think.

I don't know how you deal with that amount of snow so early into the season. My problem is where to pile it until the thaw?
