Can you take off one leg and disguise it as a drumstick?

Failing that, breaded and fried in garlic butter like frog legs.

Vegetarian eh, cook all the veggies with a bit of turkey drippings, might make for some entertainment after dinner when you mention all the lovely turkey drippings used as a special sauce on all the veggies....

The store up the road was selling some chicken wings cheap. No obvious reason...no best before date approaching...as far as I could tell the only difference between these and what they normally sell was that there were no pointy tips...and they're a bit of a waste of time anyway.

Anyway (again) I added them to my other small bit of shopping and had them for lunch, sprinkled with Greek Oregano and a half hour in the oven.

Delish. Finger lickin' good.

Are you getting the big bags of Krinos Greek oregano on the stalks, and if so where? Superstore used to have it for $3 but haven't seen it in 10 years at least. I get decent oregano from Old Fashioned Foods but the Krinos is a real secret weapon.
Even though I didn't need it here were 2 slices of ArtiXen gourmet pizza in the office and I couldn't say no.

No. My stepdaughter has taken to growing several things over the last couple of years and this is one of them.

I was thinking about starting a little herb grow op just yesterday, what a coincidence. I think most of the stuff is in the basement too. While I've never been much of a gardener this may have possibilities. Oregano and what else? ... basil, rosemary, cilantro, parsley... purple kush (oregano is a gateway herb).

Mint, purple basil, thyme, chili peppers string-dried, bell peppers plus tomatoes, cucumbers (fantastically crunchy and tasty), strawberries, Alpine strawberries (bit of a waste of space if you ask me),cblueberries, leeks, cauli, lettuce, kohlrabi, parsnips, green beans, snow peas....even a few grapes.

Ha ha, why not put in some corn while I'm at it?
Edit: a glance at herb seeds on fleabay was informative, lemon grass for my pho' soup goes on the list.

Ah...I misunderstood the question...I was referring to what she's been growing.

Just found Friday's lunch receipt for one in my pocket. So much for pre Christmas festivity restraint.
