Re: Lunchtime Choices
Today I'm having beans on toast. I bought some worcestershire sauce recently so I'll be putting some of that on top. Slurp.

Today I had a stale croissant, a roasted vegetable wrap and a french fancy.

It was pizza day here today. So I had pizza. Sadly, my normal accompanyment to pizza of beer had to replaced by ginger ale.

People. Glass houses. I suppose yours were hand picked beans encased in a tomato reduction, nestled on a bed of home baked bread, complimented by lashings of worcestershire coulee.
I do enjoy work functions in hotels, it's a fine way to sample food that you would never elect to eat together on a normal day. The french fancies took me by surprise. Not Mr. Kipling, sadly.

The fancies were small though. I surveyed them and thought that they were bigger when I was growing up. Just like creme eggs and wagon wheels. Nowadays they are teeny.

For lunch I had Pork chop in a creamy Dijon sauce with steamed asparagus, mushrooms & onions in garlic butter and mashed potato - YUM!
