I like spinach, but that sounds dreadful. Would it not be better to just eat the spinach with the chicken?

I don't like spinach so its nutritional goodness is apparently masked by the sweetness of the fruit. By the looks of the container, I suspect there are other things in this concoction that haven't been declared.
