i believe it is, going by gas buddy...
but price for regular at stations which don't require membership is around 74.9-79.9 depending on what end of the city you're at (Calgary)
Was just reading today, supposedly some stations in Michigan near the Canadian border are sitting around 28c/ltr (78c/gal), although gas buddy reports cheapest prices as 1.36/gal

North Van has gone down to 1.03/1.02.
Generally we are the same price or slightly higher. Venture you may see 99.9 in the coming days.

We paid 69.9 in Airdrie today. Filled the Expedition to the brim for just over fifty bucks!
