We actually viewed the second, now if that place didn't scare us off nothing would. They had 48 hours warning, there was (human) shit down the OUTSIDE of the toilet in the Bathroom, cat shit right outside the half bath, clean AND dirty washing strewn all over the laundry floor (and I mean over EVERY inch) and the whole house stank of a mix of pot smoke, cat piss and OLD fat.

The best of it was the realtor asked us if we'd like to make an offer there and then . Then she called the next day to say that they'd cleaned up slightly and would we like to take a second look.

The mast would have been warning enough! I wouldn't go on that property without a tinfoil hat!
