Breakfast today was a bannana. Yesterday it was 2 eggs and an english muffin. Other days oatmeal or cereal.

This morning & yesterday it was & is one plain slice of toast (no butter or marg) with either some honey or home made jam spread, downed with a cup of black tea, along with vitamin E & D3 supplements.

Tomorrow breakfast will be one pack of that quaker instant oat porridge $0.20/serving with a side cuppa & half piece apple or banana

Sunday lunch [eating it late today due to raking leaves] will be either [choice from] home made chicken/veg soup or a meat something butty with some fruit on the side, large glass of water

Dinner tonight is choice from the several meals we've divided up from a previous cook up in the freezer. Decided for tonight that its going to be 'Goat stew'(potato, celery, carrot, onion in it also), side veg of fresh corn & peas. No alcohol, no dessert - just some juice, a glass of water, a fresh fruit something & a cuppa tea

Fancy responses here. Here's what my breakfast normally consists of.

Weekends : plain yoghurt mixed with some unsweetened apple sauce (sugar is evil)
Weekdays : air

Oh, air, sounds delicious. Trying adding some butter to it.

Sausage, egg and chips. But I did spend an hour and half in the gym this morning so that probably burnt up about 10% of the breakfast calories.

Bacon delight. A bacon sandwich flanked by two processed chicken burger patties, dipped in batter and fried. Then served with a tub of haagen dazs and a pint of chocolate syrup. That's washed down with my own drink recipe I call "kool aid +", kool aid with twice the sugar and a tums.

i have that every weekday before work, then on weekends I treat myself to a green smoothie.

Home made porridge with almond milk, and kiwi fruit just picked from our garden. Free range scrambled eggs with shaved organic Black Forest ham and the last of our garden's tomatoes, garlic mushrooms, and home-made carrot and poppy seed bread. Apple and carrot juice straight from the juicer and blackberry (bramble) jam from wild berries we picked in August. Vancouver Island is a great place to eat fresh stuff year round.

Now that's a decent breakfast.

I'd be happy to find a New Zealand grown one, Chile seems to be the place stores get theirs from now.

According to the link. Italy, New Zealand and Chile are top 3 producers.

I remember when Kiwi were like 3 for $1 now lucky to get 1 for $1, they have really become a pricey little fruit.
