dempsters bread isnt sweet...took me a while to find a bread that didnt need custard on..

Just as an example, Dempsters Villagio contains 3g of sugar per 2 slices (1.5g each); Warburtons (UK) Seeded batch contains exactly the same amount - 1.5g per slice. Hovis soft white has 1.4g per slice.
Silverhills bread has 1g per slice, so slightly less.
I think it's a case of finding one you like, though I have found my taste buds adjusting over the years I still can't stand quite a few.

You can even order frozen bread from them online, I never knew!
I wish! I would be eating a lot of it if that was the case, lol.
