Hi Marksm3.............to be honest I haven't heard of anyone getting their file with the DM and then being refused.
The Case Officer normally is the one to ensure your application has everything required.........then when he/she is satisfied your application is complete your file will be passed to the DM.
The DM DO NOT re-read all of your documents etc.........as the CO has checked them already. The DM has to check meds were ok.......PCC's were ok and all documents were set to 'met'. If these are all 'ticked' you get your visa granted!!!!
Better get some bubbly in the fridge

hi to everyone, been catching up - nice to see put a face to your names! any pictures of jon bon jovi, preferably recent ones (oh he's aged sooo well) in his tight t shirt and jeans pls?
good luck to everyone still waiting, hopefully we will receive good news this week (yeah right)!
quick question - how do you know when your file has gone to the 'decision maker'? does it say on your status page or have you rang up, also does everything say 'met' when you're at this stage?

no news...gosh its taking ages....
17th september made app all front loaded still no news...got such a simple
case too.....
saw a couple got theirs and they applied on 13th .... please please this week!!!!!

Some news!
Our Status page now says "Application being processed further"
Does this mean we've finally got a CO?
or does it just mean someone has just had a quick look at our application??!!

It means someone has looked at it, but it may not be a CO. You do get a email from CO but there are some who didn't so don't 4get to keep checking your spam box. best way to know is when a few bits on page 2 change to met.
But its a good start so good luck.

4got to say, we have the letter from steve's ex saying she won't let their daughter have a med but the was no copy of anything with he signature on:curse::curse::curse: do you think this isgoing to be a big prob? does anyone know? I'm I going to be the last woman standing here with everytime we give ASPC the info they want they are going to ask for more? will Jack go back to the island? will Sawery do anther cool water ad but naked this time?
