Yeah, we did so were surprised when we got this request. But seems to be a common request. They actually attached the form to the email with our file reference already entered. We have printed it off, signed it and scanned it back.

My husband and I have a bet that if the agent tells me we have a CO he buys me dinner and if he tells me we have a CO before the agent, I buy him dinner. He thinks he is bound to spot it first, because he checks the pages so often

So what are my chances of a free dinner? If you have a CO does the agent know first email etc or do they have to check the website the same as us
