I posted the message on 14th feb .. got an automated reply the same day saying that someone will get back to me within 5 days so do not post again. and then 4 days later got an email saying that they confirm that my application was on CSL but they will be processing all apps received before Sept 2007 until 20th march. and the next day my status changed to application being processed further.

Hiya all

Long time since I last posted! We lodged on the 21st of November. We had an email the other from our agent to say that our visa was being processed further but when I looked myself it said being processed further but all the dates still said the 21st of November....so I cant see exactly where and when it had been changed! lol

Our house is up for sale now so fingers crossed we get a sale soon

Hubby is on the CSL and MODL...not sponsored tho...I know the sponsored were getting CO's by the 13th of Feb, did that actually happen? an if thats the case....we're next on the list...will that mean we'll get CO's soon????
Im sick of all this waiting...an we havent even had to wait that long!

I know Paula_lou, I'm also getting sick of waiting and I only lodged my visa app the week before last! Joke @ getting sick of waiting, but I think it's something to do with us British being so impatient...I'm sure you will hear something soon enough, apparently 20th March is the next big 'date', or at least someone on here said that...so you never know! As for me, I'm just a 175 non CSL/MODL so will probably have to wait for months upon months upon MONTHS yet lol HO HUM....good luck though and keep us posted,

hya all

not been on here for ages. we had a bit - well huge - drama at new year we were on holiday and our son got run into by a jetski and had been in hospital ever since with a badly broken leg. He is on the mend now and is an out patient so things have calmed down. Drs expect him to make a full recovery thank heavans.

anyway have been catching up on the thread and thought id update our info:- we or (rather my husband) lodged as a chef on the 175 electronic visa. not had our police checks or meds done yet. chef is on the modl list but not csl.

I have been reading a lot over the last two days of people changing from 175 to 176 due to quicker processing times of the 176. any thoughts????!!!!.

Which box on the form did you tick? Other?
I have a relative currently with a Nov2008 application lodged who was on MODL (IT) so needs to now get moved to be processed as per CSL.

Hello fellow Novvie 08 applicants! Just checking in to see how you're all doing and am liking the list with everyone on it.

As for us, well we are in for the long wait I reckon - we're family sponsered and not on modl or csl so hey ho.

Looking forward to others on here getting case officers etc and fully prepared for the long haul here - then any news is good news right?
