Hi there
do you know where can I find a check list of documents to support an eletronically based application?
On the immigration website only found it for paper application
Moreover once the application is lodged, those documents must be provided within 60 days to DIAc?

Just one more thing, as far as I remember, they give 28 days. Double check it as well. One can also attach it after 28 days. But try to complete within 28 days.

Well......... tell you what, when you lodge the application, right after that you'll get a confirmation email which will tell you where to send documents. There should be an email link where you can attach and another link where you could directly upload to your file.

Hi RusselCat, feel your waiting pain you must be so frustrated, even longer then us and I am going bananas here. Fyi DIAC is STILL posting standard service processing time of 7 months for this visa type on their website:

This misleading timeline has been there since the day we lodged our application. You could use it as example of false setting of expectations and ppoor service should you decide to make a complaint.

We may use the complaint form at the end of the week if we still don't hear anything and bring up their client services charter.
We went back into the ASPC today and spoke with a really nice man who said he knew our case officer and that he was a "bloody good bloke" and a great officer, so he would speak to him and he also gave us his direct e-mail address and told us just to by-pass using our agent. He was really decent and made us feel much more positive. The only problem was today that their computer system was down, so they couldn't actually do any processing - here is hoping Wednesday is a winner!

I read it somewhere that and that was an extract from a regular ASPC updates that if you haven't been allocated a CO yet, please enquire. I am not sure about this info but I guess you should have your CO by now.
