The UCI is the "client number" thing no? Unique Client Identifier. My UCI is the number I use to log into ECAS and it works fine.

The UCI is the 8 digit number in format xxxx-xxxx

There is another 9 digit number I was issued and used that seemed to work. Not sure of its exact name/term. When I used eCAS I had to select the "Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier" drop down menu.

Yeah.. I select the "Client ID Number / Unique Client Identifier" on the drop down and the number I enter is my 8 digits UCI and it allows me to log in fine. The only other number I think I have is the Application Number which is a letter followed by 9 numbers

Quite possibly, yes - some people were able to use that number, others were not, but it's certainly worth a try!

Same here. Plus it was the only number that seemed to work for me on ECAS.

Should be an 8-digit number. Mine was on my sponsor approval email.

Double check that you are putting "England" (or which ever place you were born) rather than "UK" - ECAS is very picky.

Sorry, no one answered my question so I'm posting again

So, we still have not heard anything and we're not even in progress yet. My husbands medical was done in June or July last year, I'm worried that we won't be processed before then. Anyone know what happens then?

CIC may extend the medicals or ask for medicals to be re-done.
