Yay.....received my LOI last night/this morning. Heading to Canada, end of May

My timeline

10th Feb - Originally sent App
29th Feb - Returned due to insufficient quality of barcodes
3rd Mar - Sent again
27th Mar - Notice of receipt
22nd April - Request for payment
22nd April - Paid
25th April Passed to CIC
9th May - LOI received

Hey rmack i got the same thing sent back to me yesterday, the barcodes, i reprinted the app and dec form and just resent in the rest....will this be ok?

Horrendous.

Paid on April 30th.
Rejected on May 4th due to scan of IMM1295.
Resent correct PDF on May 4th.

Received email ten minutes ago responding to my email last week asking if it was okay to fill another IMM1295 out again.

I sent three emails this week, asking if they can confirm things to send to the final stage. No reply.

I'm completely up in the air.


I've never known ANYTHING like this.

or just if anyone knows? do you need to start an entire new application if the barcode quality wasnt good enough?

Just got my LOI 1:09am last night.

My timeline is!

13th March - Arrival at London
27th March - NOR
23rd April - Payment request (Sent same day)
25th April - Sent to CIC
10th May - LOI

Cant describe how happy I am right now!

Sent my full application away 2 weeks ago now and still haven't heard anything back getting a little but annoyed now!!

I paid on 24th April and still haven't received the confirmation email yet. Anyone else in the same position because now I'm starting to worry? I know most people found out at the beginning of the week but I'm still waiting...

I'm in the same position :-) it's been well over 2 weeks! glad we can reassure one another that we haven't done something wrong, it's great to have others that can empathise about this unusual visa situation, so much anxiety...

I'll let you know when I hear from them, if not, I'm still waiting like yourself.

I paid on the 25th and still waiting, but my girlfriend got passed to 2nd stage on fri even tho she paid after me. Someone else got passed to 2nd stage after her and they paid on the 24th so there doesn't seem to be any specific order that they are processing them in. We completed the forms together and printed them off together so if she hasn't encountered a problem I can't see why I would have one. I turn 31 on Tues though so I am absolutely stressing waiting around for the email good luck and keep us posted
