Congratulations on getting you AOR.
Did you get your AOR after 10 days? I am in a panic again now ours went of on 30th March.
I suppose it will take longer as we are in Canada?

Some people are on FSW1 and some on FSW2 - I think they have different processing timelines? So may confuse things...
Are they different? Thoughts?

Here's our timeline:
App CIO July 09. 120 day 1.9.09. Full package to London 1.12.09, AOR 17.01.10. In Process 13.04.10 Med Request 28.04.10
We applied under FSW1
Now just checking out visa medicals, can't believe how pricey they are for a family of 4!!

Actually after looking into it today, Knightsbridge looks about the cheapest though there's not a lot in it, and I read a post somewhere here which talked about them being really good. Will let you know how we go, especially with a 5 and 3 year old in tow!

Congratulations! It took about 2 weeks for our med requests to come through so hopefully be as quick for you, as we're on a similar time-line...keep us posted!

We can't leave until Summer 2011 either (if we get in! 
)which is frustrating but we try to think of it as buying some time to address any hiccups and for the economy to recover a bit more! Congrats again
