magic
COPR today!!!!!!!!!! We only sent our passport copies last Tuesday. I didn't think we'd see anything for a month or so. I am so excited and thankful at the same time. At least this part of the journey is over and we can start planning.
more magic
congrats to both

Re: AOR from London August/September 2010 - Progress updates
Over the last four weeks we have been zooming around signing up for various things like SIN's, MSP, swapped driving licences, bought a Jeep, insurances, registered a new Ltd Co in BC, moved into our new log home. During this time the weather has consistently been sunnier and warmer than the UK (no surprise there then ) and judging by what our fiends are saying back in the Algarve... drier & sunnier than the Algarve also!
Hope you are getting all geared up to head on over ?
All the best
James

Had to renew the passports at a cost of £198 as my wife and three kids have expired,it need to be done as per cic 18 month wait letter.
But hey its one step forward in the right direction.
Just have to send them off and resend our updated (whole application again)

Please do send anything and everything you can .. CIC can (and may) very conveniently ask for more updated documents once you have submitted the recently requested ones .. which apart from the frustration adds another 4-5 months to the process.
I hate how this puts all on hold .. have an excellent career opportunity which requires moving to Malta from Aug 13 - but we are so confused

Graham and george .. positive thinking defo helps with what we are having to deal with over here! Unfortunately patience is king when it comes to immigration matters .. At least you know which side of the fence you are on .. we have had no letter no email reply no nothing since Nov 1st 12
