Wouldn't be so sure about that...we started ours (Tony's and mine) in mid-October, finished (Kids' medicals) in mid-January, still waiting for PPR and not really expecting it anytime soon. Not sure why, just a hunch. Others might call it disillusioned or depressed tho! LOL

If it helps at all, we did meds the weekend before Christmas, and they were sent on 6th Jan, we got PPR last week. So hopefully in a couple of weeks, PPR will be soon on its way!

You had updated docs last year, right? I reckon you will hear back from them soon - as you are at least one step closer than we are...and we applied in June 2010 - which is a good few months after you, but then, what's 2-3 months out of 3 yrs....

Just over 3 years for us now since we first sent the application .. we have decided to wait it out .. its not that bad here in London after all for the time being.

Thanks Unusual78 - I really hope you guys hear something soon. There does seem to be a bit more movement recently so hopefully they're concentrating on clearing that backlog!

Started the process in 2010, full docs sent that September I think, its so long ago now! I received the 18 month letter through email. Its great to see the movement on this thread finally though for some folks.

Hi, this is our first post on here. After 3 years in the process we finally got our COPR last week so just wanted to say to everyone still waiting, it will happen for you and there IS still movement at the moment. Its been a long haul for everyone on here, over the years we tried to get on with our lives, even moving home from Newcastle to London at one point, trying live "as if it wasn't gonna happen" yet unable to forget about it. But it has and I'm sure it will for everyone still waiting.
This forum has certainly helped us stay optomistic and hearing others slowly make it too has been a great support to us. We're hoping that this post will help others stay positive about the whole thing too.
