I agree Andy. I was shocked to see just how much skin and bone a cow could be. It's heartbreaking to see them. I turn my head away when I see them, yet feel ashamed with myself. Cows, cats, dogs, foraging for food that does not exist. Dogs, looking at you with side eyes, desperate for food and love. There ARE downsides to Goa, for me, this is it.
I dont know how long for - as todays rain has totally swamped the paddy fields and is above road level at some points around Anjuna! |
