Some building work has aparently continued and the GBA have threatened to take to the streets again in protest if it didnt stop. So now 15 projects have been revoked.........not sure exactly what this means but i have read that some New Builds are being demolished.
I guess there will be some very annoyed property developers out there but this is what happens when you try and buy politicians.

Anyway thats my take on it......but im sure others out there will be able to provide 'meat on the bones' of what i have posted.

Ps. I take it Douglas is still protesting at Heathrow.
Hi Remy,
I am so worried about Douglas, not taking the perverbial P/////
He is a good man, who may depress people. BUT they have never
been in his and our position.

Have been up my daughters and have picked up a book of cocktail 'noffy.
Some with watermelon, pappya, etc. etc. We are in for a treat, that will make the cares of the world go away.

Hi Noni,

Sounds Fantastic.............and i can only guess why they call it Astronaut.......a few of those and you will be well 'spaced' out.

We had Polish Vodka the other night.....it had a Bison on the front and a blade of grass in the bottle and was 40% proof.
It was served with.......wait for it........Apple Juice!
That was a first! and boy did i have a hangover yesterday.:curse:
I really like the sound of that Astronaut though.

Hi Billy - Yes, we bought the apartment at Villascente in 2000, and returned to UK this March after an 18 month stay there. The apartment is great, and it's in a good spot, but it's only a single bedroom and we felt we would like somewhere a bit quieter, hence Villa Maria. We haven't really investigated furnitire too much yet, although we have our kitchen lined up and mosquito doors and windows. If you e-mail us direct before you get to Goa it would be good to meet up, and maybe we can share useful hints. Tony & Tina (masurubu)

Hi Tony & Tina, glad you are happy with your place in Candolim, we are looking forward to seeing Villa Maria again as it was a major building site last November. Will send you an e-mail week before we go and look forward to meeting you both, we are actually buying ? leasing ? with friends who will also be over in November.

best regrds. Billy & Jackie.
