I reckon one must live at least 2 degrees south of the Tropic of Capricorn and within 34.75 miles from the coast in order to appreciate Australian climate.

I just polled the entire office and not one person thought 34C is hot. Many countries of origin poms included.........

Agreed. And for the record I love the heat. But business attire, dropping two kids off at daycare each morning who have lots of bags and bits and pieces (that I have to carry!), it's tough! I feel frazzled before I even get to work!
