That sounds really promising Janine. I know it sounds terrible, but the people who offered on the other house may prefer your house....
(Happened to friends of ours, the house next door was under offer when they put theirs on the market and the people pulled out to buy theirs as it was in good condition compared to their neighbour.

He's alright N. He is always injured at work, perks of the job i guess. He got patched up and gone straight back to work, would have to be a missing limb to get him to take a day off work! Im glad we had meds too 
SURVEYOR DID ring and he is coming this arvo wahhoooo. Just got to rope someone into doing school run for me now
I spoke to my gorgeous conveyancer and he said if thats all that is outstanding should exchange end next week .....but that is a big IF, im used to the way they are pulling things up last minute.

Well I've had enough of banging my head in pure frustration over selling my house........have just put the 'KERRANG' channel on tv, turned the volumne up loud and am now banging my head to rock music instead
Feels bloody good too!!!!
(although if the EA rings now I probably won't hear the phone

Exactly how I feel. Although I should be doing the ironing and somehow accidentally came onto BE. How did that happen?

Hi all,
Well OH has just rung from the Drs and said he has been put on antibiotics - apparently he has a chest infection. Wonder if that's what we all had?? He's on antibiotics - which is good news as he won't be able to drink this weekend, so guess whose driving. I have hardly drunk for the last 6 weeks, so I am enjoying the thought of a few drinks. Hope it stops me being so stressed.
I have finished my ironing and now I have no excuse to stop me doing all the paperwork... I have loads of stuff to put on Ebay too... Plus I need to go and get new curtains for the rental flat - organised for new carpets yesterday so it should be ready for the market soon. OMG another one to worry about.

Just calle EA and they are taking our 2nd viewers to go and look at another property Hope they hate it. EA said they have not put in any offers anywhere yet so there is still a glimmer of hope......am not holding my breath thou, i have a feeling they not gonna go for ours

Hi all just come on here to see if anybody has any news and some of it seems really good. We haven't got anyone beating our door down with the new ad in the paper paying the stamp duty but you never know. I feel like the odd one out not living in Wales! Good luck all.

There has been some good news today, hopefully someone will get a completion, a sale and an offer very soon. Give them them weekend to have a run out, and hopefully you will have some calls next week which will have been generated by your paying the stamp duty.
We have no news other than we are still awaiting a call back from our EA. Jason is going to ring them today, if he gets back from the garage in time, my boot lock has broken and will not stay closed:curse - great just something else to deal with :curse:
We don't live in Wales either.
Fingers crossed for some motivated buyers having a run out and about this weekend to see what is on the market.
