Erm, no I didn't really want to know

I've got a bit of a 'frog in throat' feeling, but no coughing my guts up yet

I've tried at least twice a year for the past 10 or so. Believe me if I can do it anyone can - I didn't even want to stop! (which is half the battle).

How many do you smoke per day? times the price of that many be 365 and see what you spend a year, then times it by 10 and see what you will spend just in the next 10 years on cigarettes - Now think what you could do with that money of you didn't set fire to it every day. If you smoke 20 per day at £5 a pack then you will spend £18,250 in the next 10 years

Every time you want to light a cigarette just think to yourself if I light this cigarette it will cost me £18,250 because I will be an addict again. (well it works for me anyway )

LOL, I wondered why you didn't post much. You aren't strong enough to get him out of the chair. Get him to buy you a laptop...

Good luck with the patches - you don't really need them you know - you can give up - you're strong enough! (If not strong enough to push lee out of his computer chair...)

Well it's been 9 days for me now, and I feel fantastic

I really can't believe how easy I have found it to stop smoking especially since I was adamant that the Allen Carr book would NOT help me to stop

9 days Wendy...good, girl girl!

I finished smoking five years on Easter Monday....never looked back. Success even after multiple attempts to give up. This is your time for sure.

It was great today when I had a job interview and she said 'We have to inform you that the building you would be working in is no smoking' and I said 'that's OK I don't smoke'
