ok if you need to put a deposit down on a place but would you consider doing the same if you moved around the uk??

im sure everything will be ok when im out there but am slowly getting worried with the money side now,

The two big questions I think will be how quickly you can find work (you do plan to work, right??) and how much you like your home comforts. Oh and maybe - have you got anyone out there (or here) to bail you out financially if you had a temporary cash flow problem. If answers are dead quick, not really bothered, and yes - then i think maybe you'll be fine!!!

30K!

Jesus! I wish, I'm literally going with my clothes and sending a few bits over via courier! I'll have about £2k to take with me thats it! Is that bad of me?

When i go i will have sold my house so that money will be in the bank.

Think how long £2k will last you hear? need to get an income fairly soon over there i would think.

Then again if you went wild over her £2k would go fast.

Girl who cuts my hair spent £3k in ozz in 5 weeks xmas/new year just there.

I was there for 5 weeks over xmas new year too and spent 2.5k and had no accommodation to pay for. I've got a house to sell and I'll be taking the money I've got left after mortgage, debts, dog transport etc is paid for. Hey and dont get me wrong - if I didnt have the cash......I'd still be blimmin well going. Sleep on the beach if I have too. Hmmmmmm... might do that anyway.

I'll already have a job though, so i guess thats the only difference and my first 3 months rent will be payed for.
