Re: The Official Loners Thread
I was going to wave at Scuba Steve and chuck him a mince pie at Changi, but it seems his plans have sadly changed.

Yeah, Steve doesn't seem to be having the best luck. (Steve, just come in my second suitcase mate!! )
Well if you have any spare mince pies at Changi, throw one at me, I've got 6 hours to kill there lol.

I used to live in East Huntspill when I was in primary school... went to Woolavington. I'm flying back to the UK tomorrow but not going back to WSM until the 22nd or so...

We lived in W-s-M before we moved out, (Worlebury). It's my mum who lives in East Huntspill. I went to school in B-o-S.
And back in '88/'89 I spent over 6 months in Newcastle NSW. Lived in Merewether and had a job at The Brewery on the Queen's Wharf when it first opened.

Spooky similarities.

This is very very scary! I don't suppose you have any connections to Falmouth in Cornwall? If you do then I'll be properly freaked out!

Thanks Guys, checked hotmail when I got into work, couldn't concentrate at all that day. Didn't help that I couldn't tell anyone there either!!!!!!
Flat mate works at the same company and wanted to make sure I told him first about my plans. It was hard keeping quiet for nine months.
Some colleagues are very jealous, going through redundancies at work at the moment so not the greatest place to be.

Yeah, I was originally on a 495 regional visa, now I have PR it was always my intention to move. I have good mates here in Adelaide but its no place for a single person who likes to socialise, only my opinion, but I now cannot wait to move on! depends what you are looking for but its not for me!
