And I've just been unofficially offered another job with a firm which can sponsor directly = no waiting for this Labour Hire Agreement any more. More news to follow...

Thats amazing news scoobs! I'm made up for you. I got a call today to say that my official offer letter and contract are going in the post tomorrow. With any luck I'll be lodging by the end of the month. :eek::thumbsup:

Yo. Arrived in Sydney today! Out wandering at the mo after 9 hours sleep - the vibe here is awesome - exactly like I remembered. Everybody so friendly and down to earth. Know I (and you all) are going to love it.

Now have whole weekend to get myself a board until mine arrives and head to the beach - hard life eh...

Stay cool and looking forward to meeting up with any of you heading this way. Jason

good work champ! That's great, must be a real drag to go off having to find a new board! What're you going for, long, short, mal? After a nice 6'10 shortie if you spot one! And a 9 footer.. been saving for those bad boys!

Oh and steve, pony - good news guys. We could all be out there about the same time! Which would be nice.

Its a secret! And I don't want to tempt fate. Last time I wanted tio go the AU gvt kindly stepped in to ruin it all.
