Just found this thread - YAY! I'm not the only crazy person moving all on my own!
Heading to Perth - well, once/if I get the visa ;)

Just been having major issues with my laptop tonight for about three hours!

It decided to say fook off when i wanted to search the three w's

Anyway, got it sorted and straight away i had a nice email from the TOLTers so had to reply :o

Hey Nikki, yay, another Torontonian on this thread! We actually had some messages going about North American PCs and power compatibility over on the Canada to Australia thread.

Also had the secrecy thing going for awhile myself, took me a couple months to tell some family members about my plans, but now pretty much everyone knows, as do most of my friends. I was the same at work, my manager had to know as I needed him to write my reference letter, but he's pretty cool though, so it was no problem.
