Not much to say really Bundster, we are waiting to exchange on our house, then we can book our flights... it's like living in limbo cos we can't book accomodation etc.

Same old, same old eh Larissa. Thought you might have made some progress on the house....ah well, soon enough I guess.

Injuries are...okay. Sore. I've got some injury on each of my limbs so it's hard to get comfortable and I'm a bit breathless from my cracked sodding rib. Can't open the door of my office, so I'm trapped in here drinking Ribena (it's all I have). Can't get the car into reverse or fifth either, so I drove to work like an old granny, with the engine screaming.

I should probably be at home

BTW Can't you get some rum in the ribena and get a taxi home?

If I had rum here, yes, I could. But I don't. Have got a bottle of vino though, left over from something or other. That looks like Ribena, so maybe that's the way to go.

And I've just had a cheerful thought - totted up my annual leave and worked out that I have 66 days leave next year. Yay!

Nope, it's still her fault. I acutally saw her just minutes after the crunch because I was on my way to our closing lunch at the time. She said something unsympathetic about blood and being squeamish and when I squeaked about work on Monday, she gave me the Look of Death and reminded me that I had A Very Important Meeting to attend. So here I am. At work.
