Many religious organisations already have exemptions from anti-discrimination laws in e.g. employment law, so I don't think that would be an issue.

...and out would get rolled the 'discrimination laws'. No sooner would it be passed into law, than it would be in court as a 'happy couple' insist that their human rights are being breached, that they insist they be allowed to marry in church, blah blah blah....

If a church will marry mixed couples but not gays, is this not discrimination
