How has your day been?

Re: How has your day been?
Interview went well. Couldn't have done any better really, so if I don't get the position then someone was better than me and that's life!
Would really like to get it though - it's a 15% pay rise!!
Now I have to wait two weeks to find out....
Thanks to all who wished me well, I appreciate it!

Also got them crossed for my sister who is now redundant but who has an interview on Monday.

Another 40+ today, so off to Bunnings for paint samples then an afternoon checking out SEEK, Monster and gisajob.com
I predict some bubbles may have to be consumed to facilitate the job application process.
Salmon and prawns for tea....yum yum <wereallyneedaneatingfoodsmiley>

Re: How has your day been?
Any ideas for stopping an eye twitch?
It is slowly but surely driving me insane Had an eye test - nothing physiological to cause it. Started back on the blood pressure meds (that I shouldn't really have stopped in the first place - whoops!), Dr thought that might stop it.... nope.
Reiki did stop it after a treatment, but can't afford $50 a pop to stop it for a couple of days at a time.
I am stressed (seems to becoming a permanent state for me lately ) I've cut down on my hours at work and am trying to take some more time for 'me', but it's really starting to get me down :$
Any advise? Other than gouge it out with a spoon?

Currently I take the tiniest amount of dopamine- half a tablet. I have MS and this is supposed to help with muscle spasms. I have had less twitching, but not gone entirely. I'm not sure you want to take dopamine though!!

I can't promise instant relief but improvements should be felt after a few weeks if you take these vitamins or generous quantities of the foods that are rich in them:
Stress busting vitamins
Magnesium

Re: How has your day been?
Eye twitch... is usually down to stress, I've had it at stressed times but it does eventually go.
Try and take 10 mins for yourself each day and chill. Blackmores do a Stress Complex multi B fit which really helped me when we moved over here and was having a bit of a stressy time.
Hope it goes soon!

I do take a Swisse multi-vitamin everyday and have heard that magnesium is supposed to help. Think I might go and see the pharmacist today and pick some up.
Thanks for the tips

I have had it before and it has disappeared of its own accord, but this time it seems here to stay >.<
I am trying to have a positive attitude today and not let things get to me as much as they usually do. I can only try!

I must admit - alcohol can be a bit of a crutch sometimes :$ Eyes were all OK. I do spend a lot of time on a PC/phone and will try and cut that down a bit too.
