Re: The Cricket Thread
3 for 303, Pakistan look unstoppable now.
Cricinfo:
Meanwhile, Australia has rallied to 5 for 216 in the Tri-Series.
Cricinfo:
Azhar Ali's second Test century built a position of authority for Pakistan in the final Test as England's bowlers toiled in Dubai. At lunch on the third day, Pakistan led by 253 runs with seven wickets remaining. On a pitch beginning to turn fiercely they were strongly placed to pull off a first series whitewash against England.
Pakistan were threatening to defy cricket history. No side in 105 years has won after making fewer than 100 in the first innings of a Test, a feat last achieved by England against South Africa at Headingley in 1907.

Re: The Cricket Thread
Pakistan has one review left; England have none. Bowlers need to step it up pretty quick unless they want to watch Pakistan bat for the whole of tomorrow as well.

4 for 331, Misbah-ul-Haq is gone but Azhar Ali now approaching 150. Looks like England might be getting some action out of the pitch at last.

Akmal for a duck! Ali must be down to the last of his 9 lives by now. Can he reach 150?
