Oops, reckon my card is now marked at Qantas! Domestic check in, rucksack gets pulled up at the Xray machine......
Baggage bloke: Ëxcuse me ma'am but we need to check your rucksack.
Polly: No probs, I guess its my wand isn't it?
Baggage bloke (looking confused): errr its something on the xray, long and thin and pointed
Polly (extracts wand & waves at Baggage Bloke):just my wand, all witches carry them and I didn't want to entrust it to the hold.
Baggage bloke: (obviously not quite sure what to make of me!) Errrrrr ok....thats fine, I never met a witch before, you have a nice flight now.......(and he backs away fast!!!)
Polly departs with wand back in rucksack as Baggage Bloke is heard to mutter Ï need a beer, like NOW"
I'm now in Qantas Club sipping champagne, i reckon he is still trying to work out what surreal world he landed in when he came to work today!

I swear Tassie's taste Festival saw me coming..... wine glasses on a neck strap to make it easier to hold them, bags of assorted wonderful cheese (none of that "tasty" junk, cherries soaked in Pinot Noir, and more wine to taste than even i could manage in a weekend! i'm in heaven!! Must book my flights for next year
