Gotta give the OP 10 out of 10 for determination though

Definitely, they've certainly given it all they've got. A student visa was never going to be easy with a family.

They'll be giving it all they got from someone else soon, how can it fail?

Yes it cant fail. However I have a thought.

If you do get an inheritance that solves the cash issue, but unless the OP finds a apprenticeship they wont get qualified. No qualification = no sponsor or 457 so they still end up returning.

Can you be sponsored straight of the apprentice assembly line?

I’m not sure how he CAN complete his apprenticeship here. He is here as the spouse of a Student visa Holder. He can only legally work 20 hours a week.

What will happen when the hairdressing course finishes?

If he can speak English and knows that the quickest way home at 3am generally utilises a nearby freeway then he'll be boon to anyone who wants a taxi.

Good point. I’m sick of have my alcohol impacted meagre brain cells assaulted by some chappie who tells me his country is the mighty economic powerhouse of the world as he gets lost in Sydney CBD.
