Hi Kporte just seen this
nose bleeds management bend forwards so blood doesnt trickle down your throat and choke you place ice on the back of neck and bridge of nose pinch the bridge of the nose hard until it stops remember now:p go get your inr checked so sorry about your job but fight it don't let them get away with unfair dismissal.:thumbup: |

Because of where it is if it doesn't go away in a couple of weeks they will operate. My liver isn't working because some gall stones are blocking things up. I have to get my gall bladder out, date to be determined. Work issue is a toughie in light of all this new stuff. The job they are offering will be on less money and so on but they will keep it open regardless of how much time I have off and I will only be required to do light duties. It seems I have a cast iron case for unfair dismissal but this is only likely to net me a few K after lawyers etc and jobless at the end. The health situation will make gaining a new job tough and no chance of a reference. I will have to think about the best course.... |
