Re: All outa luck...
Good ole Lady Luck strikes again ... had a quick google and found this
"You'll need to get medical attention if a nosebleed goes on for more than 20 minutes or if it occurs after an injury (such as a punch in the face), especially if you think you may have a broken nose. A nosebleed after a fall or car accident could be a sign of internal bleeding." how bad is it? |

Re: All outa luck...
Wage line is a good place to start with all queries about employment.
If you are injured at work or its work related then work care kicks in. If you separate then as a resident you will be entitled to sickness benefit and if its ongoing then disability pension will kick in. Docs just fill in the forms. Have a word with your docs and medical people they should be able to help you. You can go for unfair dismissal and represent yourself or a good friend could help, pick up some leaflets from solicitors. Go to a community legal centre and find out what can be done they often assist with this sort of thing. Good luck |

Kporte, feel for you! We went through some rubbish last year, and it was by no means as bad as what you're going through but it felt like nothing was going right. Just have faith that things will be alright in the end. I am a firm believer of "sh*t happens for a reason" and that you can deal with anything that comes your way otherwise it wouldn't come your way if catch my drift. Be strong, hang in there and know that there are load of people here who a rooting for you. You will triumph in the end, you just have to believe you will. Find the energy to sue the b*stards. By just leaving this will look like you've accepted it in their eyes. They need to learn a lesson and you need to teach it to them. I know it's a pain. My hubby was fired last year because he refused to work in Ipswich when he previously worked in London. 6 hour round trip no increase in wage and only a portion of the train ticket being paid for by them. Not to mention things such as family commitments etc, Anyway, long story short, we sued them for unfair dismissal and aside from a little bit of extra paperwork it wasn't a massive job for us. You'll feel better about it too once you taken them to the cleaners! Have some K |
