But not charged with race offences ? But the Indian news said it was racist ?
I am not telling that it is only australia but the numbers are high in Australia. There was no case of such similar attacks since July 2009 in Canada.

The Sydney riots happened because aussies had had enough of being bashed by gangs of Lebanese, recently there was a riot in Sydney between Indians and Lebanese after Indians complained the lebanese were attacking them.

It should be done in very honest way, atleast for the sake of impression of Australia around the globe, "A tolerant and safe society for Migrants".

The police don't have time to investigate and charge anyone, they are too busy dealing with accusations of them being KKK, and all that rubbish !

Yep, i know that it was between aussies and lebs, i was just referring wrong images shown. But i dont think there was a riot in Sydney between Indians and Lebanese rather then it was single clash between them, isnt it?

How can you be so sure ?

The numbers of assault on Indians in Melbourne are the same as against anyone else. Why do you say they are high ?

Now this is not fair, a crime is still crime whether its against migrants, students or visitors in this country. The police cant flee themselves from their responsibilities saying that they dont have time for small scale crimes. If they dont have time then what they will do if snatching purses, car thiefing and all other small scale crimes will spreaded in australia? Will they dont attend it? Here a strong punishments come in picture, if they know they will have to pay a huge for a crime they might cancel their programme of saturday night crime.

I fully agree. It isn't fair. They should be allowed to do their jobs correctly without being told by other people not to consider all possibilities, as IT IS DEFINITELY RACIST.
