My only bit of advice is ... if they are old people, tell em to piss off to the church hall for there tea and biccies
Oh and stick the old man in the cellar / garage ... that seems to have worked recently

It is best for the agent to show people around ... apparently the people look more and give their feedback without fear of upsetting anyone.
Plus the fact they don't see the desperation on our faces and murderous intent if they don't want to buy it.

dont fekkin know why im getting excited though seeing as weve had over 40 viewings already

Well we have now given our 'latest' agent his 7 days notice to end the contract.
5 weeks - one viewing, no feedback! ...
I'm now gonna go multi fekkin agent with as many as possible, completely flood the market with pics of my house ...lol (if not already done so!), BUT am now gonna start knocking down the price £2k every few weeks like someone on here said to do till the damm things sells!
I have a 'bottom line' and REALLY can't go beyond that.
I'm just wondering if we should hold out till Feb / March or just do it now.
If all else fails, Spain here we come! ...

We have a second viewer tomorrow and apparently she is close to a decision. Not going to get my hopes up though, she may well like it, but I have gotten excited before.
