Got someone coming round tomorrow night for a second viewing. It's between ours and 1 other so we've got a 50:50 chance AND they want to move quickly.

Good news . 4 weeks today since went on market. 1st viewing today at 4.30.

Oh crap, the house is a tip :scared: .

Best get cleaning .

The viewer wanted to change to 2.30 and I was out at 1.50 when they rang so she has cancelled and gone back to Wolverhampton. Might come back tomorrow.

Totally fed up and still cleaning.

our answer has changed to accepted offfer from reducded price £45.000 lesss than original asking price 10 months ago but we are paying a mortgage in UK and rent here in OZ just hope it goes through !!
surveys are back so hopefully it will happen every thing crossed
