Seems sad that anyone vests so much time in this place as to take personal decisions about staying or going.
Dont get me wrong, people here have been very helpful to me and my wife and I try to return the favours. Indeed, I keep checking in to see if I can offer kindness like it was offered to me to other 'new americans'.
That said, real life goes on away from the PC.

I think, from what Rincewind said, that private life was getting him down and he was taking things too personally on here. Hopefully he'll be back when his life is looking brighter.
