It is !
I clicked before and all I got was that bint telling us that it wasn't.
Been reading the text commentary on Soccernet and by the looks it's not very exciting. Come the second half it will be a different team, Derek and Owen and the other big names will be supping their cocktails in the lounge.

I thought it was pretty even and the scoreline flattered the leek munching mutton worriers. The only real threat was ernshaw who got a hat trick. Scotland were also missing Stephen Pressley who would have knocked him into row Z. Same old story though, we can't find a consistant striker and miss too many chances.

Yeah, and hopefully Paul Ritchie will be a last-timer. He shipped all 4 goals although Rab Douglas flapped at a couple. Shocking stuff at the centre-back position all night long. Up front we were okay though.

Move away people, nothing to see here.

Changing subject but keeping on the doom and gloom thing -

Moving to a new stadium sometimes is not a good thing.
Darlington are about to go to the wall. They had a potential buyer, but he saw how much they owed to the previous owner and pulled out.

George Reynolds had come into the club and done the usual promises of big things. This included a move away from their old place into a new 27,000 seater stadium. Name of the stadium ? Yes you guessed it. The Reynolds Arena. (cf Oxford's Kassam and Reading's Madjeski.)
So the arena was built, the club moved and sold their old place. Things were going to happen now. Investment in the team... promotion... bigger crowds...and the arena would get revenue by hiring it out for other events.
What other events ?! They are in Darlington FFS ! Can't exactly see the Strolling Bones or U2 adding this place onto their tour itinerary.

After Reynolds walked the club went into admin and their bills keep increasing every week because of this stadium and they owe all this money to.... George Reynolds.
A consortium is hoping to get a bid together by next week.

I know the Hearts thing is different, but I thought I would tell this story to show that moving is not the best answer every time. I said it would be for Hearts, but now I'm not so sure.
