Yes a unit, but its a good size and modern and was fully renovated prior to us moving in. We have the option of moving to a bigger place now but my wife loves where we are and it is so convenient for everything. The fact that the rent has been reduced makes it even more appealing!!

God yeah, money is always better in our own pocket eh? Good to hear rents are coming down.....What about hse prices?
