accidentally watched some of Made in Jersey last night. It was pretty poor and I'm sure it will be canned soon, it's a bit like The Nanny meets The Good wife.

Trying to like Revolution, but the Katniss type character isn't very likeable.

Aye, they are a bit naff....still plugging away with it but it's not improving with that second episode.

So anyone catch the start of Blue Bloods? Just as cringe worthy with the family goo as the first series?

666 Park Avenue.

It's got that chap from Lost, John Locke, and a few other faces.

Basically about people who seem to be making a deal with the devil for something....and then weird stuff happens.

Seem's to be hinting at a bit of a darker back story.

Has promise, but could go either way. Kind of enjoyed the first episode though.

I'm really struggling to give a shit after 3 episodes.

The characters are just to whiny...and why hasn't anyone used battery power and solar to charge them up or anything simple?

The back story is weak and second fiddle to naff dialogue and fights.

I'm usually a martyr to sticking with shit shows, but even this one, I'm thinking this is the first show I'm cutting.

I watched 666 last night. Reminds me of an old movie about 20+ years ago...Tom Cruise I think but I can't think of the name.

Vegas is a bit corney...all that gun slinging cowboy stuff.

Last Resort...not sure what to make of this yet.

Revenge....back for a second series and really, shouldn't. After watching that crap first episode, I'm already binning this show as well.

Dexter, on the other hand is looking to be really good and liking the rumours that are doing the rounds, if they're true, not sure how they'll work it into the story but it would be cool :D

I liked Revenge, but thought it should have ended with the last series and didn't really get engaged with the new start.

As for Dexter...

Spoiler:

Doaxes might be back and that the new intern might know him some how, possibly through the old investigative notes or diary on Dexter.

Would be fun, but silly :D

I quite like Wallander. It isn't always easy to follow the story line though.

I find that a lot with British dramas/investigating shows (like Inspector Lewis). You really need to pay attention. Right enough, I've lost a LOT of my brain cells since being here.

Usually with US shows I can make a cuppa, read the paper and still be able to figure out who the killer is.

Anyway, about US shows - I started watching Dexter again due to my friend being obsessed with it and begging me to watch - I'm just not impressed. There's just no way - even as a forensic analyst - is he going to get away with this for all these years. So really, his sister is a VERY BAD copper!

Okay, I know - just go with it. But I find Walking Dead more believable - which is ON in a couple of weeks!

I do like Boardwalk Empire though - love Nucky. Haven't watched the 3rd season yet (recording it) - is it just as good as the 2nd?

Looking forward to Walking Dead - just hope Egg's wife isn't in it so much.

I missed the first episode of Boardwalk :frown: so had to try to figure a few things out with the second, which still seemed to be getting us used to new characters. Still looks good though.

Yes, she is annoying. However I saw her being interviewed one time and she is so articulate. I couldn't believe how intelligent she was.

Regarding Boardwalk - I think you can watch it on HBO go (online), right?
