British Expats - Pet Peeves?

It's because I need to be light weight that I don't slam a whole large pizza these days. Sadly, I'm not 19 anymore when I could have done that, plus a curry and a munchy box and come back for seconds.

Cold pizza is the stuff dreams are made of, though. Especially stuffed crust.

The pizzas I had when we were in Chicago were more like a flan than a pizza. :thumbdown:

I never leave left over pizza...no matter how big it is. :D

At that point you just have to accept you will have lumps of biscuit sitting at the bottom of your cup, it's pretty much done by then.

Calls from telemarketers. I get at least six a day from shady people with foreign accents trying to get an appointment to service my A/C system. construction work or something to do with "energy savings" I used to be able to note the phone numbers and place them on the blocked caller list. Now with my Verizon service being transitioned over to Frontier Communications this service has been temporarily suspended.

It's a disgusting blatant gift grab, copying a cutesy poem from pinterest does not make your request for a book instead of a card as well as an item from your overpriced, cloud cuckooland registry any less obnoxious.
