LOL That was what my last post was, but the filter grabbed it and I couldn't be assed to sort it.

Utterly vile, sick-making wet blankets on the arsebook, mostly friends of friends but a surprising amount of my old school friends do it too.

Someone will post something unfortunate, usually a first world problem I might add, then a host of clucking hens will post claptrap like 'oh no, I'm sending you hugs' or some other Hallmark-inspired vom. Seriously? 'Sending hugs'? You're thirty-five years old for christ's sake

Oh and hearing supposedly intelligent grownups talking about 'karma' as if it is a real physical process and not just a load of hippy bullshit makes me want to jump off a bridge.

Go hug yourselves. But replace 'hug' with '****'.

I agree, I'd like you to jump off a bridge as well.

I'll jump off a bridge for you just as soon as Liverpool win the Premiership and England win the World Cup in the same year ...

Bollocks to that. I wouldn't take a dump off Stamford Bridge, much less jump off it.

LAUGHS, as in the sound of some people's laughs. Perfectly nice people I work with and yet some of them have a laugh that to me, well it's like nails on a chalkboard.

My Mum's is like that.

It also has no relation to humour - it just bursts out at inappropriate points in a sentence.
